The total charge for the 2025-2026 school term is $5,400.00 per student for round-trip service.

A registration deposit of 40% ($2,160.00) must accompany this contract by August 20, 2025, to secure a seat on the bus. Families registering more than one child must complete a form for each child who will be riding. Deposits will be cashed once the registration process is completed.

Families may join at any time after the deadline, on a first-come, first-served basis, as space permits. Registrations received after September 1, 2025, must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. You have the option to opt out before the first day of school and receive a full refund. However, there are no full or partial refunds once bus service begins.

The payment schedule is as follows:

• Second payment of $1,620.00 is due by November 20, 2025.
• Final payment of $1,620.00 is due by March 20, 2026.

A late fee of $100 will be assessed two days after the due date, which may result in your child not receiving bus service until the balance is paid in full. Reminders will be sent at the beginning of each month. All returned checks will incur a $29.00 fee.

Pick-up times will be announced by August 30, 2025. Routes will be tailored to ensure that your child arrives at school on time. The pick-up may occur at your door (though not guaranteed) or at a designated communal location. We will adjust pick-up times throughout the year as needed and will keep you informed at every step. Please note that drop-off times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, and only approximate times will be provided.

Parents and children should arrive at least 3 minutes before the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times to prevent delays. The bus will leave at the scheduled pick-up time. Once the bus departs for the next stop, it will not return under any circumstances.

There may be days when the bus cannot access certain streets due to garbage trucks, oil trucks, fire trucks, or other obstructions. In such cases, you will need to meet the bus at a different corner where your child can be safely picked up. Please note that only delays exceeding 10 minutes will be communicated via email or phone.
